Interested in what glucose level is good (range)

Which food causes high spike e.g. Banana (empty stomach >100) banana after fish (<100).. etc

How cell uses ATP efficiently? how to improve that? (Exercise or walk after eating?)

How's the resting metabolism?

For people without diabetes, a good fasting range is between 70-99 mg/dL and after a meal generally below 140 mg/dL after two hours.
